I offer a MA degree in English communication along with three years of experience working in English Cultural Center while attending school full time. In my current position as communications coordinator with ECC, my primary responsibilities are centered on overseeing day-to-day store operations in areas of sales, customer service, vendor relations, compliance, clients feedbacks and staff supervision.
During my stay there, I was selected by management to improve the customers’ satisfaction. Utilizing my academic knowledge and prior experience, I successfully redefined job descriptions and responsibilities, and implemented new policies and procedures resulting in a more structured and supportive workplace where clients currently enjoy their courses more than never.
It is within your organization that I hope to learn more and prove to myself that I am a quick learner and I can accept new challenges that can develop my career.
