Our statement of policy is:
To provide adequate control of the health and safety risks created by our work activities
To consult with our personnel(including contracted personnel’s)on all matters affecting their health and safety
To construct and Commission & Startup Safely the new installation with applicable national and international HSE Standards.
To ensure safe handling and use of substances
To provide information, instruction and supervision for employees and contractors
To ensure that all employees and contractors are competent to their tasks
To prevent accidents and causes of work related ill health
To ensure safe and healthy working conditions;
To protect the environment & dedicate efforts to prevent pollution;
To review and revise this policy for continual improvement at regular intervals
To ensure that standards of Safety, Health and Welfare must be maintained at the highest level
To ensure Contract staff will be expected to comply fully with all health and safety regulations at the clients' offices, sites or offshore installations.
That Safety on site is fundamental to operational efficiency.
Those Statutory obligations are the minimum standard for which all employees of the Company are responsible and the aim must be to attain higher standards.
That an integral part of effective management in the industry is an awareness that high standards of Safety, Health and Welfare are required.
Should any employee be found to have been culpably negligent in the matter of health and safety, or to have contributed to an accident through personal negligence, then that person will be subject to Disciplinary Procedure, which could result in dismissal.
That employees at all levels, wherever employed, should receive sufficient training in the Safety, Health and Welfare aspects of their work to ensure that they are aware of potential hazards and the action required reducing risk to a minimum.
